Boiling Point

I am currently watching the 1999 British TV series “Boiling Point” which consists of 5 thirty minute long episodes, following then up and coming chef Gordon Ramsay. He held 2 Michelin stars at that point, and was chasing his 3rd. Ambitious, passionate and very competitive. Fast forward 20 years, and Gordon Ramsay is a major celebrity chef, his restaurants are peppered (no pun intended) all over the world, and boast a total of 7 Michelin stars between them. Love him or loathe him, you can’t deny his vision and the painfully high standard for his craft to which he holds himself and his crew.

I ask myself these 3 questions when I am in need of some perspective:

What gets me up in the morning ? What am I passionate about ? And am I doing what I love ?
