Looking Out

I wake up in the morning and look out my window. I see the city waking up.

We all have a routine: some things we do, somewhere to be, work to get done, etc.

What would happen if that routine went away, what then ?

If you didn’t have anything to look out to, you would naturally start to look in, and what would that look like ?

How much time do you spend looking out at life instead of looking in ?

Taking the time to reflect, and reconnect with yourself is vital. Who am I ? What emotions do I regularly feel ? Getting off auto-pilot and grabbing hold of the wheel is something we don’t do enough, maybe because of those routines, but it is the foundation of self knowledge.

Consider Looking in.
